羊链球菌的自动鉴定和耐药性分析

摘    要:2008-2013年应用自动细菌鉴定及药敏测试仪从陕西省不同羊场病羊体内分离到9株分离菌,主要为兽瘟链球菌、血液链球菌、肺炎链球菌、咽峡炎球菌、溶血孪生链球菌及酿脓链球菌。药敏试验结果表明,9株分离菌对头孢曲菘钠、头孢拉定、头孢噻吩、头孢噻肟、头孢他啶、万古霉素、克林霉素、沙拉沙星、阿米卡星和阿奇霉素高度敏感,敏感率为55.56%~100.00%;对四环素、强力霉素、庆大霉素及环丙沙星中度敏感;对其他药物均表现出不同的耐药性,其中对氨苄青霉素、红霉素、青霉素、复方新诺明、青霉素、诺氟沙星及链霉素不敏感,耐药率为55.56%~88.89%。

Automatic Identification Tests and Drugresistance Analysis of Streptococcus ovis
Abstract:From 2008 to 2013, 9 strains Streptococcus ovis were isolated from different sheep farms in Shaanxi province with automated bacterial identification and susceptibility testing instrument. The results showed that the pathogen is mainly S.zooepidemicusi ,S. equi, S. pneumoniae, S.anginosus, Gemella haemolysans and S. pyogenes. Micro determination of drug sensitivity test indicated that 9 strains of bacterial had a high sensibility to Ceftriaxone, Cefradine, Cefazolin, Cefotaxime, Ceftazidime, Vancomycin, Clindamycin, Sarafloxacin hydrochloride, Amikacin and Azithromycin. Percent of sensitivity was 55.56%-100.00%. They had moderately sensitive to Tetracycline, Doxycycline Gentamicin and Ciprofloxacin, while other drugs showed different drug resistance. It had not sensitivity to Ampicillin, Erythromycin, penicillin, Cotrimoxazole, Norfloxacin and Streptomycin. Percent of resistance was 55.56%-88.89%.
