摘    要:木霉菌是重要的植物真菌病原菌的抑制菌,广泛分布于自然界。该菌具有较强的适应性,通过营养争夺、重寄生、产生抗性物质或溶解酶类抑制许多病原菌;木霉的几丁质酶基因可在细菌、真菌和植物上表现,利用基因工程技术可获取抗病品种。因此,深入研究、开发和生产优良木霉菌,对于防治植物真菌病害,促进农业生产具有重要意义。本文综述了木霉菌形态特征及种类、拮抗机制、培养条件和病原菌防治,分析了在生物防治上的优势和研究中存在的问题。

Abstract:Trichoderma is an important group in the biological control of phytopathogenic fungi and is ubiquitous in the environment. They have excellent adaptability,boroad spectrum of activity and diversified mechanisms including competition,mycoparasitism,antibody-secretion and cell lysis. Because the chitinase genes can express on the germs,fungi and plants,we can make use of the genetic engineering technique to obtain the anti-disease species. Therefore,it is very important in the plant disease control and agricultural production that we further research,develop and produce good species about Tricho-derma. This report summarized the character and species of Trichoderma,antagonistic mechanism,culture conditions and control of pathogen. Its advantage in the biological control and the problem in the research were analysed.
