摘    要:选用断奶和成年的健康小鼠108只,分组经不同途径接种对羔羊具有致病性的粪肠球菌,分别进行半数致死量测定、临床症状观察、细菌学和病理学检查。结果显示两种日龄小鼠均对该菌株易感,最佳感染途径是腹腔注射,皮下注射次之,鼻腔不引起感染。感染小鼠表现出典型脑炎症状及病理变化。该菌株对小鼠的LD50为6.31×1010cfu,从感染死亡小鼠脑脊液、大脑、血液及部分实质器官中均分离出该菌。小鼠感染粪肠球菌与羔羊自然感染症状及病变相似。该动物模型的建立为进一步探究粪肠球菌感染的体内动态分布、感染机制、毒力因子研究及免疫应答奠定了基础。

Abstract:An animal model was established to study the virulence factors and pathogenesis of Enterococcus faecalis.In this paper,108 mouses were grouped and infected experimentally with isolation of Enterococcus faecalis from Xinjiang.Two ages mouses were susceptible.The optimum route of inoculate was celiac.Encephalitis were observed in inoculated animals LD50 of the isolation to mouses had determined to be 6.31×1010 cfu by repeated experiments.The organism could be reisolated from the brain,cerebrospinal fluid and other organs.The changes of pathologic were the same as the natural infected lambs.It concluded that mouse as an animal model will be useful for further research of Enterococcus faecalis infection.
