2018年巢湖水生生物资源调查研究

摘    要:通过巢湖2018年水质与水生生物资源调查,对水质状况,浮游生物、底栖动物、鱼类种类组成,密度与生物量、优势种类等情况进行了分析。结果]巢湖2018年夏季浮游植物为118种(含变种),隶属5门26科60属,细胞丰度与生物生物量平均值分别为3.1×107 cells/L,平均生物量为5.7 mg/L;浮游动物140种(含属),其中枝角类、桡足类各9种,轮虫24种,纤毛虫98种(含属),平均丰度1898.9 ind./L,生物量为4.4mg/L;底栖动物为16种(含属),平均密度为495.5 ind./m2,平均生物量为42.04 g/m2;鱼类47种,隶属于8目15科,优势鱼类为刀鲚Coilia ectenes、鳙Aristichthys nobilis、鲫Carassius auratus、鲤Cyprinus carpio、翘嘴鲌Culter alburnus、太湖新银鱼 Neosalanx taihuensis等,各样点浮游生物与底栖动物有明显差异。在巢湖流域未来管理中,综合运用食物链调控技术、提高污水排放标准等生态修复工程,以提升巢湖生态环境质量。

Analysis on community structure and biodiversity of aquatic organism resources in Chaohu Lake of 2018
Abstract:The aim was to analysis community structure and biodiversity of aquatic resources in Chaohu Lake. The aquatic resources in Chaohu Lake were investigated, species composition, abundance, biomass and dominant species was analyzed. The result showed that a total of 118 species of phytoplankton were identified which belonged to 60 genera, 26 family and 5 phyla; the averaged cell abundance and biomass were 3.1×107 cells/L, 5.7 mg/L, respectively. A total of 140 species of zooplankton were collected. Cladocera, copepoda had 9 species, and rotifer has 24 species. Ciliate had 98 species (included genera). The averaged density and biomass were 1898.9 ind./L, 4.4mg/L, respectively. Zoobenthos had 16 species, and density and biomass were 495.5 ind./m2, 42.04 g/m2. 47 fish species were sampled, belonged to 15 family, 8 order. The dominant fish were Coilia ectenes, Aristichthys nobilis, Carassius auratus, Cyprinus carpio, Culter alburnus, Neosalanx taihuensis et al. the space distribution of plankton and zoobenthos was distinct difference. The study could provide theoretical basis for ecological restoration of Chaohu Lake through synthetical application of food chain regulation technology and wastewater discharge standard improvement.
