海南文昌地区罗非鱼养殖抗生素使用及残留状况研究

摘    要:为了研究罗非鱼养殖过程中抗生素的使用及残留状况,选取海南的罗非鱼主产区——文昌某水库地区作为研究对象,监测罗非鱼养殖前期、中期、后期的抗生素残留状况。结果表明,文昌该水库地区的罗非鱼养殖前期主要残留呋喃西林,养殖中期主要残留磺胺嘧啶、呋喃西林、强力霉素、氟苯尼考、甲砜霉素等,养殖后期主要残留呋喃西林、氟苯尼考;该区域罗非鱼养殖过程中抗生素的使用对自然水体的影响较小。

Study on the Use and Residual Status of Antibiotics in Tilapia Culture in Wenchang Area, Hainan

Abstract:In order to study the use and residual status of antibiotics in the process of tilapia aquaculture, a reservoir area in Wenchang, the main tilapia producing area in Hainan, was selected as the research object to monitor the status of antibiotic residues in the early, middle and late stages of tilapia aquaculture. The results showed that the tilapia in this reservoir area in Wenchang mainly had residual nitrofuracil in the early stage of culture, sulfadiazine, nitrofurazone, doxycycline, florfenicol, thiamphenicol, etc. were mainly residual in the middle stage of culture, and nitrofurazone and florfenicol were mainly residual in the later stage of culture. The use of antibiotics in tilapia aquaculture in this region has little impact on natural water bodies.
