摘    要:Two kinds of corn were used as materials,changes of SOD,CAT,POD and MDA Contents after Germination of maize seeds in five different concentrations of manganese sulphate were studied.The results show that the content of MDA was significantly different among different varieties,difference was very significant compared with control.The activities of antioxidant enzymes of HuangJinNuo 1 first increased then decreased after treated with manganese sulfate,while that of YinLong BaiYuNou continuous elevation,the resistance of Maize after manganese sulphate increased during germination.

Manganese Sulphate Effects of Antioxidant Enzyme Activities on Maize Seed
Abstract:The changes of peroxidase ( SOD ) , catalase ( CAT ) , peroxidase ( POD ) and malondialdehyde ( MDA ) contents of two kinds of maize seeds after germination under five different concentrations of manganese sulfate solution were studied. The results showed that the MDA content among different varieties was significantly different , and the MDA content after manganese sulfate treatment was significantly different from that of the control . The activities of three antioxidant enzymes of Huangjinnuo 1 increased first and then decreased after manganese sulfate treatment , while those of Yinlongbaiyunuo increased continuously , and the resistance of maize to manganese sulfate treatment increased during germination.
