摘    要:【目的】筛选出最佳的棘豆总黄酮提取工艺。【方法】以新疆巴里坤棘豆中总黄酮的含量为指标,以芦丁为对照品,比较回流提取法、索氏提取法、超声提取法和冷浸提取法四种方法,再对超声提取法并采用L9(33)正交设计,对影响巴里坤棘豆提取工艺中的溶剂浓度、料液比、超声时间三个因素进行优化筛选。【结果】超声波提取法的得率最高,超声提取的最佳工艺条件为60%乙醇,料液比1∶25,超声时间80 min(功率60W恒定)。【结论】通过优选得到的工艺简便、稳定可行。

Abstract:【Objective】The purpose of this study is to screen the best extract technology of total flavonoid from the Oxytropis barkolensis.【Method】The Oxytropis barkolensis was extracted by reflux extraction,soxhlet extraction,ultrasound extraction and water extraction respectively,with the content of total flavonoid as indicators and the content of berberine hydrochloride as an index. We used L9(33) orthogonal experimental design to screen out the best extraction,then the concentration of ethanol,and the ratio of material over solvent and extracting time was investigated.The results showed the ultrasound extraction was better than the other processes in the extraction.【Result】The optimum conditions of ultrasonic extraction were that 60% of the ethanol extraction,the material is ratio of 1∶25 and extraction lasts 80 min(power 60 W constant).【Conclusion】This optimized extraction process is simple,stable and viable.
