| 摘 要： | （ＳＤ—Ⅰ）系猪银染核仁组织区具有较高的稳定性。其有效银染核仁组织区的位点分布集中在１０号和８号染色体的次缢痕处。当只有一个有效银染发生时，它一定出现在１０号染色体的一条单位上。在本次试验中。仅发现一例其有效银染发生在６号染色体上。有效银染核仁组织区的数量分布在１～４之间，优势银染数目为三。认为细胞悬液保存技术不适于核仁组织区银染处理。

| Abstract: | The Ag-NORs have relative highly steadiness. Form the result of Ag-NORs karyotype show that the position of the Ag-NORs were located at the secondary constricition of the chromosomes 10 and 8.If only one Ag-NORs, it must be located at the 10 chromatid. In this experiment, only fumed a cell that its silver stained appeared out at the 6 chromatic. The Ag-NORs number of each cell various from 1 to 4, and the superiority silver stained was 3. The technique of the cell suspension preservation may not suitable the treatment of the silver stain. |
