摘    要:笔者对3个杂交组合F3世代群体材料的主要农艺性状遗传参数及性状间相关性进行了研究。结果表明,(1)F3群体的单株荚数、单株产量与百粒重3个性状的遗传力值较高;(2)F3家系内的百粒重遗传力值最大,其次为单株产量,所以对F3家系内进行选择时,应着重于单株产量和百粒重;在F2代选择比在F3代选择更有效。(3)小豆杂交后代的株高与单株产量、百粒重,单株产量与百粒重、单株荚数间均存在显著正相关。

Abstract:The genetic parameters of agronomic characters and the correlation between the major agronomic characters in the F3 population from three cross combinations(NL8-1×JN2,NL8-1×HJDNY,HJDNY×NL8-1) were studied in this paper. The results showed that: (1) In F3 populations, the heritability of pod number per plant, yield per plant and 100-grain weight was higher than that of other characters. (2) The heritability of 100-grain weight was the highest within each of F2 plant lines, and the second was yield per plant. So it should aim on yield per plant and 100-grain weight as selecting F2 plant lines. (3) There were remarkable positive correlations between plant height and yield per plant, plant height and 100-grain weight, yield per plant and 100-grain weight, yield per plant and pod number per plant.
