| 摘 要： | 笔者用NL8 1×JN2,NL8 1×JN5,NL8 1×B 13个杂交组合的正反交F2代群体为材料,研究了小豆主要农艺性状的遗传参数以及主要农艺性状间的相关性。结果表明:(1)株高、单株荚数、单株产量和百粒重都呈数量性状遗传,F2群体中均或多或少出现超亲单株;(2)株高具有较高的遗传力(81%～88%),百粒重具有中等遗传力(44%～54%),单株荚数具有中等偏低的遗传力(36%～41%),而单株产量遗传力仅为15%左右。在5%的选择压力下,百粒重可在平均值的基础上进一步提高2 9～4 1g,选育超大粒品系材料是有可能的;可通过选择多荚来提高单株产量。(3)单株荚数与单株产量呈极显著正相关,单株产量与百粒重无显著相关,从这些群体中选育多荚、大粒、高产材料是完全可能的。

| Abstract: | To study the main genetic parameters and the correlation of main agronomic characters of adzuki bean, F2 plants of three reciprocal cross (NL8-1×JN2,NL8-1×JN5,NL8-1×B-1) were used. The following results were revealed: (1) the plant height, pod number per plant, yields per plant and 100-grain weight all presented quantitative inheritance. More or less, there were some plants presenting over-parent heterosis in all F2 plants. (2) The heritability of the plant height was relative high (81%～88%), the heritability of 100-grain weight was middle (44%～54%) and the heritability of pod number per plant was low (36%～41%), whereas the heritability of yield per plant was only about 15%. Under the 5% of selection pressure, 100-grain weight can be improved for 2.9 to 4.1 g above the average. It is possible to select out new strain with super large grain; the grain yield per plant can be improved by selecting plant with more pods. (3) There were remarkable positive correlations between yield per plant and pod number per plant, while yield per plant and 100-grain weight had no positive correlation. |
