摘    要:目的]为了系统地研究阿维菌素农药在枸杞鲜果中残留量,促进安全生产.方法]利用高效液相色谱法,对枸杞鲜果中阿维菌素残留进行检测,研究了阿维菌素在枸杞鲜果中的残留试验.枸杞鲜果样品用乙腈提取,三氟乙酸酐和氮甲基咪唑衍生,高效液相色谱仪带荧光检测器检测,外标法定量.结果]结果表明,该方法在枸杞鲜果检出限为2.0×10-3mg/kg,平均回收率为100.0%~107.9%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~7.9%.试验表明,阿维菌素的残留量随时间延长而降低,消解动态曲线符合一级动力学方程,消解较快.

An Experiment on Residue of Avermectins in Fresh Fruit of Lycium barbarum L.

Abstract:Objective] In order to systematically study the residues of avermectins in fresh fruit of Lycium barbarum L. and promote the safety production. Method] the residues of avermectins in fresh fruit of Lycium barbarum L. were detected using the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method and a test for the residue of avermectins in fresh fruit of Lycium barbarum L. was conducted. The derivative three fluorine acetic anhydride and N methyl imidazole were extracted from Chinese wolfberry fruit samples using acetonitrile and detected by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector and quantified by the external standard method. Result] The results showed that the limit of detection of the method was 2.0 x 10-3 mg/kg and the average recovery rate of the method varied from 100% to 107.9% with the relative standard deviation ranging from 1.9% to 7.9%. Furthermore, the residue test indicated that the residue of avermectins decreased with the time prolonged and the curve of degradation dynamics followed the first-order kinetics equation and the degradation was fast.
