AMF在三峡库区生态环境建设中的应用

摘    要:三峡库区生态环境脆弱,丛枝菌根真菌作为一种新型的生物肥料,可以与植物的根形成互惠共生体,增加植物对水分和矿质营养的吸收,提高植物抗逆性,以及在土地复垦和植树造林等方面起着重要作用。论述了丛枝菌根真菌的生态特征,以及在三峡库区生态环境建设中的广泛效应,并提出了下一步研究重点和热点。

Application of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi in Eco-environmental Construction of the Three Gorges Reservoir

Abstract:Eco-environment of the three gorges reservoir is very vulnerable. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi can form reciprocal symbiosis with the vegetable root as a new type biologic fertilizer. It can increase the absorption of water and mineral nutrient, enhance plant resistance, and play an important role in land reclamation and tree planting. The ecological characteristic of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and broad application in eco-environmental construction of the three gorges reservoir were reviewed. The important aspect of recent research and focus were also discussed.
