| 耳穴贴压联合五音疗法缓解全膝关节置换术患者术前焦虑的效果观察 |

| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨耳穴贴压联合五音疗法在全膝关节置换术（total knee arthroplasty，TKA）患者术前焦虑中的应用效果。方法 将91例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为对照组45例和观察组46例，对照组实施耳穴贴压，观察组在对照组的基础上施加五音疗法。比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑自评量表（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）评分情况。结果 干预前，两组患者的SAS各条目评分及总分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后，两组患者的SAS总评分均低于干预前，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.01）；两组患者的SAS条目1（紧张）、条目2（害怕）、条目3（惊恐）、条目7（躯体疼痛）、条目10（心慌）、条目19（睡眠障碍）的评分均低于干预前（P<0.01），且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01或P<0.05）。结论 耳穴贴压联合五音疗法能有效缓解TKA患者术前焦虑，而且效果优于单用耳穴贴压。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of auricular point sticking combined with five-element music therapy on preoperative anxiety in patients with total knee arthroplasty (TKA).Methods Ninety-one cases meeting inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (46 cases). The control group was treated with auricular point sticking, and the observation group received five-element music therapy in addition to the treatment for the control group. Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores were evaluated and compared before and after intervention.Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the score on each item of SAS and the total score of SAS between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the total SAS score of both groups was reduced, and it was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.01); both groups showed significant reductions in the scores on SAS item 1 (tension), item 2 (fear), item 3 (fright), item 7 (somatic pain), item 10 (panic), and item 19 (sleep disorder) (P<0.01), and these scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point sticking combined with five-element music therapy can effectively relieve preoperative anxiety in patients with TKA, and its effect is better than that of auricular point sticking alone. |
