广西农业科学院里建科研基地土壤养分状况调查分析

摘    要:【目的】调查分析广西农业科学院武鸣里建科研基地土壤养分状况,为土地的合理利用和科学施肥提供基础数据。【方法】利用GPS定位,根据土壤类型和作物种植情况,采集0~20 cm耕层土壤样品,分析其养分含量,并进行土壤养分分级。【结果】基地土壤pH为5.04~7.00,有机质平均含量为14.98 g/kg,全量氮、磷、钾平均含量分别0.86、0.50和4.19 g/kg;速效氮、磷、钾平均含量分别为67.7、12.0和90.2 mg/kg;有效钙、有效镁平均含量分别为1022.0、66.6 mg/kg;有效铜、锌、铁、锰、硼的平均含量分别为0.57、0.63、27.7、24.7和0.20 mg/kg。【结论】广西农业科学院武鸣里建科研基地土壤有机质含量偏低,氮、磷、钾含量普遍处于中下水平,土壤有效钙、铜、铁、锰含量较丰富,大部分土壤有效锌较缺乏,有效镁、硼十分缺乏。

Abstract:Objective]In order to appropriately utilize the land resources at Lijian Scientific Research Base of GXAAS in Wuming(Nanning) and for scientific(soil test based) fertilization,the nutritional status of soils was investigated.Method]By using GPS location,samples of different types of soils were taken from 0-20 cm soil layer and the nutrient contents were analyzed.Result]The soils of Lijian Scientific Research Base showed pH in the range of 5.04-7.00 and 14.98 g/kg average organic matter content.The average total N,P and K contents in soils were 0.86,0.50 and 4.19 g/kg,respectively.The average available N,P,K,Ca and Mg contents in soils were recorded as 67.7,12.0,90.2,1022.0 and 66.6 mg/kg,respectively.Amongst micronutrients,the average available Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn and B content weres found to be 0.57,0.63,27.7,24.7 and 0.20 mg/kg,respectively.Conclusion]The soils at Lijian Base contained lower organic matter,N,P and K,and was deficient in Zn and extremely deficient in Mg and B.However,Ca,Cu,Fe and Mn contents were sufficient for sustaining growth and development of plants.
