| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法,利用C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以乙腈:水(15∶85)为流动相,检测波长277 nm,建立中药复方"LH"中连翘苷含量的测定方法.结果表明,连翘苷的线性范围为0.05~2.5μg;相关系数r=0.999 3,连翘苷平均回收率为96.83%,RSD=1.73%(n=6).该测定法灵敏,简便,重现性好,结果准确,可用于中药复方"LH"中连翘苷的含量测定.

| Abstract: | The separation was carried out on C,.8 （4.6 mm× 150 mm,5 μm）column, the mobile phase was composed of aeetonitrile to H2O（15：85）, detection wavelength was 277 nm. The results showed that the linear range of paeoniflorin is 0.05-2.5 μg （r=0. 999 9）, average recovery is 96.83% （RSD=1. 73%, n=6）. The method is sensitive, rapid, convenient, reproducible and accurate, and suitable for the content determination of ＂LH＂ |
