上海地区宠物犬中戊型肝炎病毒流行病学调查

摘    要:目的]为探讨宠物犬在戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)流行环节中的作用提供依据。方法]以散养宠物犬为研究对象,从上海地区及其周边地区随机采集70份血清样品,通过双抗原夹心ELISA试验检测抗HEV抗体,分析不同品种和不同性别宠物犬中血清抗HEV抗体阳性率。利用反转录巢式PCR检测血清中病毒核酸。结果]在70份宠物犬血清样品中,15份样品中抗HEV抗体呈阳性,阳性率为21.4%。上海地区宠物犬阳性率为27.5%,高于上海周边地区。在供试的宠物犬品种中,杜宾犬的HEV抗体阳性率较高(33.3%),其他品种宠物犬为11.1%~25.0%。雌性宠物犬中HEV阳性率为34.4%,显著高于雄性宠物犬。在各种宠物犬中未检测到HEV核酸颗粒。结论]宠物犬对HEV敏感,在HE流行环节中具有不容忽视的作用。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for discussing the role of pet dog in the epidemic links of hepatitis E virus.Method] With scatter-fed pet dog as research objects,70 shares of pet dog serum samples were randomly collected from Shanghai area and its surrounding areas.Anti-HEV antibodies were detected in double-antigen sandwich ELISA test to analyze the positive rate of serum anti-HEV antibodies in different varieties and different sexes of pet dogs.The viral RNA in the serum was detected by using RT-nested PCR.Result] Among 70 shares of serum samples of pet dogs,anti-HEV antibodies in 15 samples showed positive,with the positive rate of 21.4%.The positive rate of pet dogs in Shanghai area was 27.5%,higher than that in the surrounding areas of Shanghai.Among the tested varieties of pet dogs,the HEV positive rate of Dubin dog was higher(33.3%),while that of other varieties of pet dogs were 11.1%-25.0%.The HEV infection rate of female pet dogs was 34.4%,significantly higher than that of male pet dogs.HEV RNA granule was not detected in all varieties of pet dog.Conclusion] Pet dog was sensitive to HEV and it had an unnegligible role in the epidemic links of hepatitis E
