药用红树植物老鼠簕多糖的抗氧化性研究

摘    要:比较老鼠簕粗多糖(CAP)、老鼠簕酸性多糖B组分(AAPB)和老鼠簕中性多糖(NAP)的体外抗氧化能力。从采自广东省汕头市澄海区的老鼠簕树枝提取老鼠簕多糖,测定多糖的还原力,及其对DPPH自由基、邻苯三酚自氧化体系产生的超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)和Feton体系产生的羟基自由基(.OH)的清除能力。CAP、AAPB和NAP均具有较强的抗氧化性和良好的还原力,AAPB的抗氧化能力远高于中性多糖NAP。层析纯化后的老鼠簕酸性多糖AAPB清除自由基的效果有明显提高,特别是对羟基自由基。0.2 mg/ml AAPB可以除去80.0%的DPPH自由基,对超氧阴离子的抑制率为66.1%;0.5 mg/ml AAPB对羟基自由基的清除率达到48.5%。老鼠簕酸性多糖AAPB是老鼠簕粗多糖CAP中最重要的抗氧化成分。

Abstract:The research aimed to compare antioxidant capacities in vitro of crude polysaccharides,B component of acid polysaccharides(AAPB) and neutral polysaccharides(NAP) from Acanthus ilicifolius.The A.ilicifolius polysaccharides were extracted from A.ilicifolius branches collected from Denghai district of Shantou city in Guangdong province.The reducing power of the polysaccharides and its scavenging capacity on DPPH free radical,superoxide anion free radical(O2-·) produced by pyrogallol autoxidation system and hydroxyl free radical(·OH) produced by Feton system of the polysaccharides were determined.CAP,AAPB and NAP all had stronger antioxidant activity and good reducing power.The antioxidant capacity of AAPB was far higher than that of neutral polysaccharides NAP.The effect on scavenging free radical of A.ilicifolius acid polysaccharides AAPB enhanced obviously after chromatography purification,especially on hydroxyl free radical.0.2 mg/ml AAPB could scavenge 80.0% of DPPH free radicals and the restrain rate against superoxide anion was 66.1%.The scavenging rate of 0.5 mg/ml AAPB on hydroxyl radical reached 48.5%.A.ilicifolius acid polysaccharides AAPB was the most important antioxidant component in A.ilicifolius crude polysaccharides CAP.
