| 摘 要： | 目的]有效控制猪链球菌的传播。方法]测定121株2型和7型湖南地区分离株对16种抗生素的耐药性。结果]结果发现,猪链球菌湖南分离株（2型和7型）对红霉素、万古霉素、克林霉素和四环素具有高频的抗性,对氟哌酸、左氟沙星、环丙沙星、克拉霉素和青霉素G等抗生素较为敏感。细菌对敏感抗生素的抗性有上升趋势。结论]该研究为养猪业临床治疗猪链球菌感染的用药提供依据。
