摘 要: | 目的]对红芪中的多糖进行提取分离和含量测定.方法]采用水提醇沉法提取红芪多糖,并采用苯酚-硫酸法进行含量测定.结果]线性回归方程为:y=0.007X-0.013,R=0.999 6,表明在0~30 mg/L范围内,葡萄糖浓度与吸光度的线性关系良好.红芪药材和红芪精制多糖HPS中的多糖含量分别为4.94%(RSD=1.06%)和45.30%(RSD=1.40%),平均回收率为99.12%(RSD=0.65%).结论]该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度好,可用于红芪多糖的提取分离和含量测定.

Abstract: | Objective] To establish a method for extraction and content determination of polysaccharide in Hedysayum polybotrys.Method]Polysaccharide was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method.The content determination was performed with phenol-sulfuric acid as a chromomeric agent.Result] The linear regression equation was Y =0.007X-0.013,R =0.999 6,indicating within the range of 0-30 mg/L,the linear relationship between glucose concentration and absorbance was good.The content of polysaccharides in Hedysayum polybotrys,and HPS were respectively 4.94% (RSD =1.06%),45.308% (RSD =1.40%),and the average recovery was 99.12% (RSD =0.65%).Conclusion] The method is simple,rapid,accurate,which could be used in extraction and content determination of Hedysayum polybotrys polysaccharide. |
