摘    要:目的]选出提高食用菌产量与栽培效益的最简便高效的方法.方法]以袖珍菇夏丰一号为原料,研究袖珍菇菌丝最适生长条件,探讨脱毒菌株、孢子分离菌株、组织分离菌株与未经处理的菌株菌丝体生长状况、生物转化率、产量等.结果]袖珍菇菌丝生长的最适碳源、氮源组合是可溶性淀粉和酵母粉,最适温度为25℃,最适pH为6.0,该条件下菌丝日均生长速度最快,达6.511 mm/d;与其他组菌株相比,脱毒菌株经过数次尖端脱毒处理后,产量高、发菌期短、出菇早、性状稳定,适宜种植.结论]袖珍菇脱毒菌株和组织分离菌株由于性状稳定而适宜种植,而孢子分离菌株和未经处理的菌株性状不稳定,可作为培育、改良新品种的育种材料.

Contrast Study of Performance of Pocket Mushroom Strains Obtained by Virus-free,Tissue Culture,Spore Isolation

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to elect the best simple and high effective method of improving yield and cultivation benefit of mushroom.Method] The optimum growth conditions of pocket mushrooms Xiafeng No.1 were researched.The mycelium growth status,biological conversion rate and yield of untreated strains and strains obtained by virus-free,spore isolation,tissue isolation were discussed.Result] The results showed that the optimum growth condition of pocket mushroom mycelium were pH 6.0,temperature 25 ℃,using soluble starch and yeast powder.Under this condition,the average daily growth conditions was the fastest,up to 6.511 mm/d; compared with other group of strains,the virus-free strains after several tip virus-free treatment had high yield,short period of fungus,stable properties and fruiting early,so the detoxification strains were suitable to cultivation.Conclusion] The virus-free and tissue isolation strains of pocket mushrooms are suitable for planting in local area because of their stable characters,while the other two strains can be used as the breeding materials of cultivating and improving new varieties because of their unstable characters.
