菊苣干旱胁迫下内源激素的调节机制研究

摘    要:目的]探讨干旱胁迫对菊苣内源激素含量的影响。方法]利用高效液相色谱法测定了3种抗旱性不同的菊苣(航天诱变选育新品系PA-82、PA-43和其原始品种普那菊苣CK)在不同干旱胁迫条件下内源激素(ABA、IAA和GA3)含量的变化。结果]干旱胁迫下,3种菊苣叶片ABA含量呈增加趋势,其中抗旱性强的PA-82和抗旱性中等的CK在轻度干旱胁迫处理时ABA含量没有变化,在中度、重度干旱胁迫时ABA含量上升幅度较大,而抗旱性差的PA-43在各干旱胁迫处理下ABA含量上升幅度较均等。3种菊苣叶片IAA含量也均上升,其中PA-82随胁迫强度的增大其IAA含量增幅较大,而CK和PA-43增幅较小。3种菊苣叶片GA3含量均下降,其中PA-82和CK的GA3含量下降幅度大于PA-43。根据主成分分析,筛选出ABA作为今后菊苣抗旱鉴定的参考指标。结论]为人工激素调控应用于菊苣抗旱栽培和育种奠定了基础。

Endogenous Hormones's Adjust Mechanism of Cichorium intybus L. under Drought Stress

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study endogenous hormones's adjust mechanism of Cichorium intybus L.under the drought stress.Method] The contents of three kinds of endogenous hormones(ABA,IAA and GA3) in three chicory(C.intybus L.) strains(space-mutagenesis-bred strains PA-82 and PA-43 and their initial strain CK) under different drought stress were determined by using high performance liquid chromatographic method.Result] Under drought stress,the ABA contents of three strains increased,among them the ABA contents of PA-82 with strong drought resistance and CK with middling drought resistance didn't change under the light drought stress,but they ascended largely under the modest and severe drought stress,while the ABA content of PA-43 with weak drought resistance had an equipotent increase under each water stress disposal.Under drought stress,the IAA contents of three strains increased,among them the increase of IAA content of PA-82 was more than that of CK and PA-43.Under drought stress,the GA3 contents of three stains decreased,among them the decrease of GA3 content of PA-82 and CK were more than that of PA-43.Principal component analysis result showed that ABA was chosen for evaluating drought resistance of chicory.Conclusion] The research lay the foundation for the application of artificial hormone regulation in drought-resistance cultivation and breeding of C.intybus L..
