摘    要:基于对云南省4个少数民族聚居地教育部门、学校领导的访谈材料和对教师的问卷调查数据,首先,从宏观上说明云南省少数民族地区教师及影响教师流动因素的总体情况;其次,借鉴已有的关于农村教师流动影响因素的研究成果并结合少数民族地区实际情况选择合适的变量,并建立二元Logistic模型;最后,运用SPSS 17.0软件对少数民族地区农村教师流动影响因素进行回归分析.结果表明:在教师个体特征中,年龄、不同类别学校、教龄对教师的流动意愿有显著影响,性别、民族、学历、职称对教师流动意愿无明显影响;在任职学校情况中,到校交通工具、到校所用时间、学校所处的地区对教师流动意愿均有显著影响;教师工作调动情况中,在现任职学校工作时间、调动次数、调动后的工作地点对教师流动意愿均无显著影响.

Empirical Analysis of Impact Factors of Rural Teachers Flow in Minority Areas

Abstract:Based on interview material and questionnaire investigation data of education department,leaders and teachers in 4 minority assembly areas of Yunnan Province,the general situation of teachers and factors on rural teachers flow were elaborated;selecting suitable variables by referring to research achievements and combining with actual situation in minority areas,a duality Logistic model was established;finally,an regression analysis was carried out on factors for rural teachers flow by using SPSS 17.0 software.The results showed that,in teachers individual characteristics,age,different category school,teaching ages have significant effects on teachers' flow willing;sex,nationality,educational background,technical title have no obvious effects;in school situation,transportation means,time for go to school and school district have significant effects;in job mobility situation,working time,mobility times,work places after mobility have no significant effects on teachers' flow willing.
