袁河花(鱼骨)形态生物学研究

摘    要:目的]为袁河花(鱼骨)形态种质资料提供基础生物学资料.方法]以花(鱼骨)群体为研究对象,测量了140尾袁河花(鱼骨)的外部形态特征.结果]袁河花(鱼骨)全长为体长的(1.21±0.0236)倍,体长为体高的(4.78±1.4965)倍、为头长的(3.76±0.2035)倍、为尾柄长的(6.68±1.0324)倍,头长为吻长的(2.80±0.3021)倍、为眼径的(4.01±0.3939)倍、为眼间距的(3.21±1.1515)倍,为头宽的(2.10±0.3075)倍,为头高的(1.81±0.1484)倍,为口裂宽的(4.44±0.6499)倍,尾柄长为尾柄高的(1.68±0.2866)倍.体重与体长的相关式为W=0.0224L29168(R2=0.9576).肥满度系数(K)为1.57±0.1908,空壳重与体重比值(V)为0.87士0.0572,花(鱼骨)肠道系数(Ci)为1.08±0.1261,体长与肠长呈线性关系,其相关方程为:Y=1.2624X-2.8109(r2 =0.7934).除内脏重、性腺重、成熟系数外,雌雄个体其他外形参数无显著差异(P>0.05).结论]袁河花(鱼骨)呈负异速生长.

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the basic biological data of Hemibarbus maculatus Bleeker in Yuanhe River.Method] Using H.maculatus as research objects,exterior morphological characteristics of 140 H.maculates in Yuanhe River were measured.Result] The totol length of H.maculates was 1.21±0.023 6 times as long as body length.The body length was 4.78±1.496 5 times as long as body height,3.76±0.203 5 times as long as head length,6.68±1.032 4 times as long as caudal peduncle length.The head length was 2.80±0.302 1 times as long as snout length,4.01±0.393 9 times as long as eye diameter,3.21±1.151 5 times as long as interorbital width,2.10±0.307 5 times as long as head width,1.81±0.148 4 times as long as head height and 4.44±0.649 9 times as long as mouth breadth.The caudal peduncle length was 1.68±0.2866 times as long as caudal peduncle height.The correlation equation between body weight and body length was W=0.022 4L2.916 8(r2= 0.957 6).Coefficient of fatness(K) was 1.57±0.190 8.The net weight to body weight(V) was 0.87±0.057 2.Coefficient of intestine(Ci) was 1.08±0.126 1.The body length and intestines length showed a linear relation and its correlation equation was Y = 1.262 4X-2.810 9(r2=0.793 4).Except harslet weight,gland weight and gonadsomatic index,other morphological characteristics of H.maculates has no significant difference between female H.maculates and male H.maculates(P>0.05).Conclusion] H.maculates in Yuanhe River showed a negative allometric growth.
