| 摘 要： | 目的]研究了云南昆明地区波斯菊植物自然结实率情况与波期菊种子的萌发特性。方法]采集新鲜波斯菊植物果实,统计波斯菊植物自然结实率,分析在人工控制条件下不同赤霉素浓度处理对波斯菊种子发芽的影响。结果]波斯菊植物自然结实率达到54.52%,且结实率变异较大。80mg/L赤霉素处理对波斯菊种子发芽特性影响最大,且能提高波期菊发芽速率。而较低浓度的赤霉素与蒸馏水对波斯菊发芽特性影响的差异不大,对发芽速率影响较小。结论]波斯菊结实率受到温度的影响。赤霉素浸种浓度是影响种子萌发率的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective]The research aimed to study the natural seed-set rate and the seed germination characteristics of Cosmos bipinnatus Cav.in Kunming,Yunnan Province.Method]The fresh fruits were gathered in the field,and the statistics of the natural seed-set rate was analyzed,the seed germination characteristics were studied with different concentrations of GA3 in manual control situation.Result]The natural seed-set rate was 54.52% .GA3 concentration in 80 mg/L had the best impact on seed germination,and it accelerated the seed germination.The lower concentrations of GA3 and water were less affected on the germination rate.Conclusion]The seed-set of Cosmos bipinnatus was affected by surrounding temperature,and GA3 concentration was the important factor on seed germination. |
