| 摘 要： | 目的]研究常用水产药物对胭脂鱼幼鱼的急性毒性。方法]采用静水生物毒性试验法,在室温条件下,进行KMnO4、二溴海因和阿维菌素共3种渔药对胭脂鱼幼鱼的急性毒性试验。结果]KMnO4、二溴海因和阿维菌素对胭脂鱼24 h的LC50值分别为3.05、3.14和0.031 82 mg/L;48 h的LC50值分别为2.86、3.10和0.028 23 mg/L;96 h的LC50值分别为2.46、2.93和0.021 80 mg/L;安全浓度分别为0.75、0.91和0.006 67 mg/L;3种药物对胭脂鱼幼鱼的毒性从大到小依次为阿维菌素〉KMnO4〉二溴海因。结论]该研究为胭脂鱼人工苗种繁育过程中合理用药提供了理论依据。
