| 摘 要： | 目的]研究2种化学抑芽剂对马铃薯常温储藏期间的保鲜抑芽效果。方法]利用不同生育期的3个马铃薯品种，对常温贮藏下2种抑芽剂使用方法和适宜浓度进行研究。结果]收获前14d叶面喷施0．1％顺丁烯二酸酰肼对常温储藏期间马铃薯抑芽效果不明显；600mg／kg处理的戴科2．5％粉状抑芽剂（含2．5％氯苯胺灵，即2．5％IPC）能有效地抑制马铃薯发芽，减少贮藏期间马铃薯腐烂和萎蔫失重，3个品种抑芽率均在85％以上，腐烂率和失重率分别在5％和8％左右。结论]戴科2．5％粉状抑芽剂是一种有效的常温贮藏马铃薯保鲜剂，600mg／kg处理能有效防止贮藏期间发芽和薯块腐烂。
