摘 要: | 目的]通过正交试验设计优选草果挥发油的提取工艺.方法]以挥发油得率为考察指标,采用正交试验法,对提取过程中的加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间进行比较,优选草果挥发油的提取工艺条件.结果]影响草果挥发油得率的最主要因素是加水量、蒸馏时间和浸泡时间.正交试验法优选得出草果挥发油的最佳提取工艺为A2B1C2,即:料液比1∶6(g/ml),浸泡时间1h,蒸馏时间7h.结论]该方法优选了草果挥发油的提取工艺条件,为草果的合理利用提供了依据.

Abstract: | Objective] Through the orthogonal experimental design,the optimum extracting technique for the volatile oil from Amomum tsaoko was obtained.Method] By orthogonal test,with the extraction rate of volatile oil as the index,the extraction process of the quantity of water,soaking time,extracting time were compared.Result] The main factors affecting the yield of volatile oil are the amount of water,distillation time and immersion time.The optimum extraction process of volatile oil from Amomum tsao-ko is A2B1C2,namely:6 times of water,soaking for 1 hours,7 hours of distillation.Conclusion] The study optimized the technique for extracting volatile oil from Amomum tsao-ko,which will provide a basis for rational utilization of Amomum tsao-ko. |
