摘    要:目的]筛选对咪草烟具有降解作用的高效乡土菌株。方法]对采自黑龙江省哈尔滨市郊区的对咪草烟具有降解作用的多种菌株进行了分离、筛选及鉴定。结果]筛选得到3株菌:CX白、CX红和CX黄,其降解率分别为58.98%、38.82%和13.19%,其中降解效果最好的CX白属于革兰氏阳性的芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus sp.)。结论]为咪草烟高效降解菌的田间实际应用和产业化生产提供了参考。

Abstract: Objective ] The aim was to screen one efficient imazethapyr-degrading bacterium. Method ] Some imazethapyr-degrading bacterium strains which were collected from Harbin suburb of Heilongjiang were isolated, screened and identified. Result] Three degradation strains were selected, containing CX-white, CX-red and CX-yellow. The degradation rates of CX-white, CX-red and CX-yellow were 58.98%, 38.82% and 13.19%, respectively. Using the DNA-Extracted kit, the DNA of CX-white were extracted and amplified by PCR. The CX- white which could degrade imazethapyr efficiently belonged to Bacillus sp. Conclusion] The research results lay theoretical basis for field application and industrial production of imazethapyr-degrading bacterium.
