摘    要:目的]通过对三斑海马的驯化与苗种培育试验,丰富三斑海马的生物学基础资料。方法]从海南本地收集三斑海马亲本,开展人工驯化和苗种培育,并探索其繁殖生物学行为。结果]亲鱼驯化成活率达到85%,获得三斑海马初孵幼苗2.9万尾,培育1月龄鱼苗1.1万尾,海马最适开口饵料为"小球藻+轮虫+桡足类幼体"。三斑海马亲鱼抱卵量和孵化量存在个体差异,亲鱼抱卵量最少350粒/尾,最多1 020粒/尾,平均660粒/尾。亲鱼孵化量最少220尾,最多720尾,平均580尾。结论]该研究结果可为海马的苗种繁育和人工养殖提供科学依据。

Study on Artificial Dom estication and Seed ling Cultivation of Hippocampus trimaculatus
Abstract:Abts ract Objective] To make the artificial domestication and seedling cultivation experiments of Hippocampus tir maculatus Leach and en-rich the biological basic data of H.trimac ulatu sLeach . Method] The parent fishes were collected from Hainan to make artificial domestica-tion and seedling cultivation experiments.And their reproductive biological behaviors were studied. Result] The survival rate of parent fish after artificial domestication reached 85%.29 thousand hatched fries of H.trimacula tus Leach were harvested, and 11 thousand one-month-old fish fries were cultivated.The optimum initial bait for H.trimaculatus Leach was “chlorella +rotifers +copepods larvae”.There were individual differences in the amount of egg load and the amount of hatched eggs in H.trimaculatus Leach.The minimum, maximum and aver-age values of egg load amount per parent fish were 350, 1 020 and 660 respectively.The minimum, maximum and average values of the amount of hatched eggs per parent fish were 220, 720 and 550 respectively. Conclusion] The results can provide scientific basis for the off-spring cultivation and artificial breeding of H.trimaculatus Leach.
