微波辅助法提取荠菜中总黄酮的工艺研究

摘    要:目的]研究微波辅助法提取荠菜中总黄酮类化合物的工艺。方法]采用微波辅助法提取荠菜中总黄酮,利用均匀设计实验方法,研究微波辐射时间、乙醇浓度、料液比、乙醇溶液中NaOH浓度对总黄酮提取率的影响。结果]各因素对总黄酮提取率的影响依次为:微波辐射时间>料液比>乙醇溶液中NaOH浓度>乙醇浓度,说明微波辐射时间对总黄酮提取率的影响最大,乙醇浓度的影响最小。在微波功率400 W的条件下,微波辅助法提取荠菜中总黄酮的最佳工艺为:乙醇为提取剂,微波辐射时间7 min,乙醇浓度65%,料液比1∶25(g∶ml),乙醇溶液中NaOH浓度2%。结论]在最佳工艺条件下,微波辅助法提取荠菜中总黄酮的提取率达2.30%。

Abstract:Objective] The study was to research the technology of extracting total flavonoids compounds from pickpurse by microwave-assisted method.Method] Microwave-assisted method was taken to extract the total flavonoids from pickpurse and the experimental method of uniform design was taken to study the effects of microwave irradiation time,alcohol concn.,ratio of material to liquid and NaOH concn.in alcohol on extraction rate of total flavonoids.Result] The effects of each factor on the extraction rate of total flavonoids from big to small in turn was microwave irradiation time>ratio of material to liquid>NaOH concn.in alcohol>alcohol concn.,which indicated that the effect of microwave irradiation time on the extraction rate of total flavonoids was the biggest and the effect of alcohol concn.on extraction rate of total flavonoids was the smallest.Under the condition of microwave power of 400 W,the optimum technology of extracting total flavonoids from pickpurse by microwave-assisted method was taking alcohol as extractant,microwave irradiation time of 7 min,alcohol concn.of 65%,ratio of material to liquid of 1∶25(g∶ml)and NaOH concn.in alcohol of 2%.Conclusion] Under the condition of the optimum technology,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from pickpurse by microwave-assisted method was 2.30%.
