摘    要:目的]研究波斯菊在阿特拉津和汞胁迫下的抗逆能力。方法]采用水培的方法,研究有机污染物阿特拉津与重金属污染物汞对波斯菊种子萌发及生长的影响。结果]低浓度的阿特拉津对波斯菊种子萌发和生长有促进作用,与对照相比,高浓度的阿特拉津抑制胚根生长,对根茎和叶片影响不大;随着Hg浓度的增加,Hg对波斯菊种子萌发及生长的抑制作用增强,汞对波斯菊种子发芽的抑制浓度大于0.05 mg/kg。结论]波斯菊可忍受一定浓度的除草剂阿特拉津,可利用波斯菊的抗性进行美化环境和去除污染物;而较低浓度的汞即可对波斯菊产生毒害,可以将其作为汞污染环境的一种指示植物。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study anti-adversity ability of Comos bipinnatus under atrazine and mercury stress.Method] Using hydroponic method,the effects of atrazine and heavy metal mercury on the seed germination and growth of Comos bipinnatus were sudied.Result]The result showed that low concentrations of atrazine promoted the seed germination and growth of Comos bipinnatus.Compared with the control,high concentrations of atrazine inbibited radicle growth,little impact on the roots and leaves.Under the ...
