| 摘 要： | 目的]为了研究中药"金花液"防治鸡传染性支气管炎对鸡血液生化指标的影响。方法]选择20日龄的三黄鸡80只,随机分为5组。健康对照组不攻毒不给药,其余4组接种IBV-M41病毒。0.5%浓度预防组从攻毒前3 d开始给药连续8 d;3%高剂量和1%低剂量治疗组从临床症状开始时给药,连续5 d;阳性对照组不给药,攻毒后7 d检测血液生化指标。结果]结果表明:阳性对照组的AST、ALP、R-GT在0.01水平上极显著高于健康组和其他预防治疗组;ALT、HBDB、D-BIL与其他各组差异显著;阳性对照组的BUN、UA差异达0.01极显著水平,CRE在0.05水平上显著高于健康组和其他预防治疗组;预防组血清中的TP和ALB在0.01水平上极显著高于阳性对照组,IgG在0.05水平上显著高于健康组。结论]"金花液"对肝功能有显著保护作用;对肾功能有显著保护作用;能提高肌体的免疫力,有效预防传染性支气管炎病的发生。

| Abstract: | The objective of the experiment is to study the effect of Chinese herbal medicine "Jinhua Solution" in the prevention of fowl infectious bronchitis on chicken blood bio-chemical indexes.Eighty 20-day-old chickens were divided into five groups: a negative control group,a positive control group and there other experiment groups treated with IBV-M41 virus and herbal.The negative control group underwent neither vaccination of IBV-M41 virus nor herbal treatment.The positive control group was treated with IBV-M41 virus without a herbal treatment.The 0.5% dose preventive group was consecutively treated with herbal for 8 days,started 3 days before the vaccination of IBV-M41.The 3% and 1% dose group was consecutively treated with herbal for 5 days,started after the clinic symptom coming on.Blood of chicken from all groups were analyzed 7 days after vaccination.The results revealed the AST and ALP and R-GT of positive control group were higher than other groups.And the ALT,HBDB and D-BIL of positive control group were also significant different from other groups.It indicated that the herbal treatment has protective effect on the liver after vaccination of IBV-M41 virus.The BUN and UA of positive group were highest than others and The CRE was higher than others showed that the herbal has protective effect on the liver.The TP and ALB in the preventive groups were higher than positive control group.And the IgG in the preventive groups were higher than in negative control group.It indicated that the herbal treatment has positive function on immune system and could effectively prevent the infection of infective bronchitis. |
