| 摘 要： | 在分析失地农民生活现状的基础上,通过实地调研获取第一手数据,并采用实地调查法、恩格尔系数法、比重法3种方法对失地农民生存保障所需要的最低金额进行了估算：实际调查法计算失地农民基本生活资金为273.44元/人,比重法计算失地农民基本生活资金为298.38元/人,恩格尔系数法计算失地农民基本生活资金为304.32元/人,综合3种方法后修正得的资金金额估算为290.38元/人。3种方法之间最高和最低的误差不超过10%,修正后的结果与3种方法所测算的标准更为接近,误差范围缩小到5%左右,说明该数据具有可行性和合理性。
