| 摘 要： | 目的]研究不同颜色蝴蝶兰的花瓣、叶片不同部位物质含量的多少和种类,剖析不同色泽、不同部位各物质含量的一般规律和特殊规律。方法]采用不同方法测定不同色泽蝴蝶兰花瓣、叶片不同部位的超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性和VC、蛋白质、叶绿素、糖类等物质含量,并进行分析。结果]蝴蝶兰花瓣的总物质含量及Vc、蛋白质、糖类含量均高;叶片中SOD活性和叶绿素含量偏高;不同颜色花瓣与花瓣比较,叶片与叶片比较,白色蝴蝶兰花瓣SOD活性和Vc、蛋白质含量最高,叶片Vc含量最高;粉色蝴蝶兰花瓣糖类含量最高,叶片SOD活性和叶绿素、可溶性糖含量均最高;黄色蝴蝶兰花瓣中叶绿素含量最高,叶片中蛋白质、还原糖、总糖含量最高。结论]不同色泽的蝴蝶兰花瓣、叶片不同部位的物质含量不一。
