| 摘 要： | 通过对河南黄河滩区土地形成及其现状的研究,提出了存在的问题:主要是洪水泛滥对滩区土地的威胁依然很大;滩区气候灾害严重;滩区农业生产条件落后,产业结构单一;土地政策落实不到位。而后,按照河南黄河滩区的实际情况,结合土地利用总体分类对河南黄河滩区土地利用中存在的问题提出对策。

| Abstract: | Through studying on the land formation and the status of Yellow River Flood Plain in Henan,the problems were put forward,including flood had the big threat to land,climate disasters in Yellow River Flood Plain were serious,the conditions for agricultural production were behind,the industrial structure was single and land policy implementation was not in place.Then,according to the actual situation and overall land use classification of the Yellow River Flood Plain in Henan,the countermeasures to land-use issues of flood plain were put forward. |
