摘    要:[目的] 研究上海地区番茄黄化曲叶病毒侵染对番茄叶片解剖结构和保护酶系统的影响。[方法] 采用石蜡切片法观察番茄感病叶片和正常叶片的解剖结构并进行比较;测定病毒感染后番茄叶片内SOD、POD以及CAT的活性变化。[结果] 感染病毒的番茄叶片与正常植株叶片的解剖结构有一定的差异,患病植株叶的部分细胞遭到破坏,导致皱缩、卷曲等现象产生,影响了组织器官的正常生理功能;受病毒侵染植株的酶活性在前期均有小幅度的增加且活性大于对照,在中后期酶活性开始下降,活性低于对照。[结论] TYLCV感染番茄后,叶片的解剖结构发生较大变化,保护酶系统遭到严重破坏,严重影响了番茄组织器官正常的生理代谢功能。
