| 摘 要： | 目的]研究滁州鲫、方正银鲫及彭泽鲫间的分子遗传差异。方法]滁州鲫、方正银鲫和彭泽鲫为我国3个不同地区的三倍体银鲫种群，用9对引物对它们进行了RAPD分析。结果]9对引物中，仅引物P10扩增的产物没有差异外，其余8种引物（P1～P8）的扩增产物均有一定的差异。结论]3个不同地区的银鲫种群在基因水平上存在一定差异，在遗传相似性方面，滁州鲫与方正银鲫的相似性较大，滁州鲫与彭泽鲫的相似性则较小。
