摘    要:采用盆栽试验研究Cu、Cd单独及复合污染对不同生长时期小麦根区、非根区土壤CAT酶活性的影响。结果表明,小麦抽穗期以前,Cu、Cd胁迫下根区、非根区土壤CAT酶活性呈上升趋势,酶活性最大值出现在抽穗期或成熟期;Cu、Cd单独及复合污染条件下,小麦根区土壤的CAT酶活性大于非根区。

Abstract:Pot test was taken to study the effects of single and combined pollution by Cu and Cd on CAT activity of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil in different growth stages of wheat.The results showed that the CAT activities of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil showed increasing trend before heading stage of wheat,the maximum value of enzyme activity appeared in heading stage or maturity.The CAT activity of rhizosphere soil was higher than that of non-rhizosphere soil under single and combined pollution by C...
