摘    要:目的]为四川省烤烟通过化学成分评价烟叶质量提供理论依据。方法]2003~2005年在四川省主产烟区选取烤烟中部叶样品347个,进行化学成分分析和评吸鉴定。结果]四川省烤烟中部叶化学成分适宜,评吸质量较优。评吸质量与化学成分的相关分析表明,香气质与钾离子含量、糖碱比极显著负相关,与氯离子含量显著负相关,香气量和评吸总分与糖碱比显著负相关。回归分析结果表明,对香气质和香气量影响最显著的化学指标为氯离子、钾离子、烟碱和总氮,对烟叶总体评吸质量影响最显著的化学指标为氯离子、烟碱和总氮。结论]评吸质量与化学成分的相关性较为显著,应提高烟叶中总氮及钾离子含量,以进一步改善烟叶评吸质量。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to offer the theoretical basis for the tobacco leaf quality evaluation by chemical component analysis in Sichuan Province.Method] From 2003 to 2005,347 cutters of flue-cured tobacco were sampled from main tobacco cultivation zone of Sichuan Province,and then chemical components and smoking quality were analyzed.Result] Cutters from Sichuan had decent chemical components,and nice smoking quality.Correlation analysis showed that there was extremely significant negative correlation between aroma quality and sugar/alkali.And aroma quality had significant negative correlation with chlorine.There were significant negative correlation of aroma quantity and total smoking scores with sugar/alkali.Regression analysis showed that chlorine,potassium,nicotine and total nitrogen content had significant effects on aroma quality and aroma quantity.Chlorine,nicotine and total nitrogen content had significant effects on total smoking scores.Conclusion] There was significant correlation between smoking quality and chemical components.To improve smoking quality,total nitrogen and potassium contents should be increased.
