广东韶关地区虎纹蛙·黑斑蛙染色体核型分析

摘    要:目的]研究广东韶关地区虎纹蛙、黑斑蛙的核型。方法]采用常规骨髓细胞空气干燥法,研究了分布于广东韶关地区的虎纹蛙、黑斑蛙的核型,并比较了同种蛙不同地理居群的核型。结果]广东韶关地区的虎纹蛙的核型为2n=26=14m+12Sm,NF=52,黑斑蛙的核型为2n=26=16m+8Sm+2St,NF=50,均由5对大染色体和8对小染色体组成。同一种蛙的不同地理居群之间在Sm数目和顺序、次缢痕或随体的位置等方面都存在着一定的差异。结论]虎纹蛙、黑斑蛙分布广泛,生存在不同地理纬度,种群长期地理隔离,加上受不同环境条件的影响可能是导致广东韶关虎纹蛙、黑斑蛙与其他地理居群的虎纹蛙、黑斑蛙核型差异的原因。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to Study the karyotype of Rana tigrinarogulosa and Rana nigromaculata from Shaoguan area in Guangdong Province.Method]The karyotype of R.tigrinarogulosa and R.nigromaculata distributed in Shaoguan area of Guangdong Province were studied by the routine air-dried preparation of bone marrow cells and the karyotype of the same species in different geographical populations were compared.Result]The karyotype of the R.tigrinarogulosa from Shaoguan area in Guangdong Province was 2n=26=14m+12Sm,NF=52 and that of the R.nigromaculata was 2n=26=16m+8Sm+2St,NF=50,which were all composed of 5 pairs of large chromosomes and 8 pairs of small chromosomes.There existed certain difference on the number and order of Sm,and the location of the secondary constriction or satellite among the different geographical populations of the same species.Conclusion] R.tigrinarogulosa and R.nigromaculata distributed widely,lived in the different geographic latitude,the population had geographic isolation in a long time and they were affected by different environment,which all might be the causes resulted in the difference of the karyotype from the R.tigrinarogulosa and R.nigromaculata in Shaoguan area of Guangdong Province and that in other geographical populations.
