刺梨花药愈伤组织的增殖培养

摘    要:目的]建立最佳的刺梨花药愈伤组织增殖培养体系。方法]以刺梨花药愈伤组织为材料,研究其生长周期及基本培养基和生长素对刺梨花药愈伤组织增殖的影响。结果]刺梨花药愈伤组织增殖过程中,其干重的变化明显呈"S"型,生长周期为25 d。B5培养基有利于刺梨花药愈伤组织的生长,而MS培养基影响刺梨花药愈伤组织叶绿素的形成。NAA1.0 mg/L是刺梨花药愈伤组织增殖培养的最佳生长素和浓度。结论]刺梨花药愈伤组织增殖的最佳培养基是B5+1.0 mg/L6-BA+1.0 mg/LNAA。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to obtain the optimal technique system for anther callus proliferation of Rose roxburghii Tratt cv..Method] Taking the anther callus of Rose roxburghii Tratt cv.As material,the effects of the growth cycle of anther callus,the basal media and the auxin on callus growth were studied.Result] The results showed that during the growth of anther callus formed by Rose roxburghii Tratt cv.,the dry weight of callus showed the model of "S" growth type obviously,and the growth cycle was 25 d.B5 media was advantageous to the multiplication of anther callus formed by Rose roxburghii Tratt cv.,while MS media affected the formation of algae chlorophyll.The best auxin and concentration for anther callus proliferation culture of Rose roxburghii Tratt cv.was NAA 1.0 mg/L.Conclusion] The optimal medium for anther callus proliferation of Rose roxburghii Tratt cv.was B5 1.0 mg/L 6-BA 1.0 mg/L NAA.
