摘    要:目的]研究小麦生长过程中Cu和Cd胁迫对土壤蔗糖酶活性的影响。方法]以烟农19为供试小麦品种,采用盆栽方法,研究小麦不同生育期Cu和Cd胁迫及其复合污染对小麦根区、非根区蔗糖酶活性的影响。结果]Cu和Cd胁迫下蔗糖酶活性随小麦生育期的推移变化趋势存在一定差异,但从幼苗期到抽穗期同类金属处理下根区、非根区酶活性变化趋势相似,且蔗糖酶活性最大值出现在抽穗期或成熟期。除拔节期,Cu-Cd交互作用增大了Cd单因素作用下的根区、非根区及Cu单因素作用下的非根区的蔗糖酶活性,而对拔节期单因素作用总体表现为降低作用。总体上看,Cu、Cd单独作用下根区蔗糖酶活性大于非根区。结论]小麦根际对Cu、Cd胁迫下土壤蔗糖酶活性有一定的影响,并随小麦生长时期及重金属种类、处理浓度的不同而存在一定的差异。
