墨兰茎腐病病原及防治研究

摘    要:目的]研究墨兰假鳞茎腐烂病病原及防治方法,以明确其发病原因和采取有效的防治措施。方法]2005~2007年从广东顺德、番禺采集墨兰假鳞茎腐烂病害标本,进行病原菌分离、致病性测定和鉴定。同时测定致病菌在14种温度下的生长发育情况和对8种杀菌剂的敏感性。结果]从选用的18份墨兰假鳞茎腐烂病标本组织中均分离出尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum Schl.),在假鳞茎基部伤口接种该茵发病率100%。该菌生长发育的温度范围为6~34℃,适宜温度20~32℃。多菌灵、多-硫、恶霉灵、百菌清、甲基托布津等杀菌剂对该菌菌丝生长有较强的抑制作用。人工接种试验表明,用有效浓度为1000gμg/ml的多菌灵或甲基托布津溶液浸泡墨兰假鳞茎预防茎腐病效果很好。结论]Fusarium oxysporum Schl.是导致墨兰茎腐病的病原,假鳞茎基部伤口是该菌入侵的重要途径,多菌灵、甲基托布津是预防墨兰分株移栽时病菌从伤口入侵的有效药剂。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to determine the pathogen caused the pseudobulb rot of Cymbidium sinense, and develop the effective control strategy. Method] The samples of pseudobulb rot of C. sinense were collected from Shunde and Panyu in Guangdong Province during 2005-2007, and were used to isolate and identify pathogen. Subsequently, the sensitivity to different temperatures and fungicides of pathogens were tested respectively. Result] The pseudobulb rot of C. sinense was caused by Fusarium oxysporum Schl. on the basis of tissue isolating method and pseudobulb punctureing. The temperature for mycelial growth of F. oxysporum ranged from 6 to 34 ℃, with the suitable temperature ranged from 20 to 32 ℃. The experiments of fungicide screening showed Carbendazim, Sulphur&Carbendazim, Hymexazol, Chlorothalonil, Thiophanate-methyl had strong inhibition effects on the mycelia growth of F. oxysporum. Among them, Carbendazim or Thiophanate-methyl at the concentrations of 1 000 μg/ml could effectively prevent from the pathogen with dipping the pseudobulb basis of C. sinense. Conclusion] Fusarium oxysporum Schl. was the pathogen caused the pseudobulb rot of C. sinense. The pathogen penetrated the pseudobulb on basis of C. sinense mainly through wounds. Carbendazim and Thiophanate-methyl were effective fungicides to prevent the penetration of the pathogen from the wounds in the plans division and transplanting.
