摘    要:目的]研究玉米自交系及其组合性状的配合力,确定其应用和改良方向。方法]采用NCⅡ设计,以3个强优势组合的亲本自交系为测验种,与12个新选系配制72个杂交组合,分析18个玉米自交系的配合力和杂种优势群。结果]N045、N1150、内自268和N303的单株产量一般配合力较高,易配制出高产组合;N98、779-1、N1150、Z544、内自N36、内自268和济533在降低株高和穗位高方面应用潜力较大;N303、1F1-1、779-1、779-3和N33可归为内自N36、4011和F15所在的A群,N98、C38012、G-3、N1150、N045、SU17和Z544可归为内自268、济533和F06所在的B群。结论]该研究可为自交系的改良与应用提供参考。

Analysis of Combining Ability and Heterotic Groups Among 18 Maize Inbred Lines
Abstract:Objective]Combining ability of maize inbred lines and their combinations were studied to determine the application and improvement direction.Method]Combining ability and heterotic groups of 18 maize inbred lines were analyzed based on the data of NCⅡdesign,in which 12 new lines were crossed with parental inbred lines of 3 high heterosis combinations,72 hybridized combinations were established.Result]Inbred lines N045, N1150, Neizi 268 and N303 had higher GCA for yield per plant, they were more likely to produce high yield combinations.Inbred lines N98, 779-1, N1150, Z544, Neizi N36, Neizi 268 and Ji 533 had great potential for decreasing plant and ear height.Inbred lines N303, 1F1-1, 779-1, 779-3 and N33 were classified into the heterotic group A as Neizi N36, 4011 and F15, while N98, C38012, G-3, N1150, N045, SU17 and Z544 were clustered into the heterotic group B with Neizi 268, Ji 533 and F06.Conclusion]The research could give reference for improvement and application of inbred line.
