| 摘 要： | 广西新型农村合作医疗和城镇居民基本医疗保险两项制度在筹资模式、筹资水平、保障水平等主要方面都很相近,并且在运行中也都存在着经办管理能力不足、待遇水平低下、基层医疗服务平台滞后等方面问题。因此,可考虑将这两项制度整合统一,建立统一的城乡居民基本医疗保险制度。

| Abstract: | New rural cooperatives medical service system and the basic medical insurance for urban residents in Guangxi are very similar in financing model,standard of funding,level of treatment.Two systems have the similar problem in operation,such as the low level of compensation and management capacity,lag behind of primary health service platform.We can merge the two systems to establish the basic medical insurance system for rural and urban residents. |
