| 摘 要： | 目的]研究芒果核仁的抑菌作用。方法]以芒果核仁为原料,用乙醇、乙酸乙酯等溶剂萃取,得到6种提取物。以5种植物病原真菌为供试菌,对6种提取物的抑菌活性进行研究,并确定抑菌效果较好的有效成分。结果]在提取的6中成分中,E、F两组分抑菌效果最好。结论]芒果核仁可作为一种有研究价值的植物源农药。 |
