| 摘 要： | 目的]研究蒙古绵羊胚胎大肠黏膜上皮的组织发生。方法]利用组织学常规方法。结果]蒙古绵羊胚胎大肠黏膜上皮的发育经历了单层细胞到复层细胞再到单层细胞的过程;杯状细胞在37 mm胚初见;90 mm胚直肠腺开始发育,142 mm胚盲肠、结肠肠腺开始发育。结论]蒙古绵羊胚胎大肠黏膜上皮经历了单层细胞到复层细胞再到单层细胞的发育过程。
