| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨大通牦牛的皮肤发育规律。方法]采用组织学方法对4个年龄段（1、30、180日龄和成年牦牛）大通牦牛的皮肤组织结构进行研究。结果]4个年龄段大通牦牛的皮肤均表现为表皮薄、真皮特厚的特点,且真皮层内毛细血管较少,表皮层内含大量色素细胞;4个年龄段大通牦牛的全皮厚均表现为出生后至30日龄逐渐变厚、至180日龄时又变薄、至成年时又变厚的一种变化趋势。结论]为深入了解大通牦牛皮肤适应高原恶劣环境的组织结构特点提供了理论依据。
