摘    要:目的]探讨育珠对三角帆蚌形态学的影响。方法]对2+、3+和4+龄育珠与非育珠三角帆蚌形态学指标进行测量。结果]除体长性状变异较大外,各龄段中育珠蚌的体重、体高、壳宽均极显著高于非育珠蚌相应指标(P〈0.01),而体长/体高指标极显著低于非育珠蚌(P〈0.01),除2+龄段育珠蚌体高/壳宽指标极显著低于非育珠蚌外(P〈0.01),其他各龄段差异不显著。结论]人工育珠会改变三角帆蚌的形态学特征。

Preliminary Analysis on the Morphology of Hyriopsis cumingi Afffected by Pearl-bread

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the effect of pearl-bread on the morphology of Hyriopsis cumingii.Method] The morphology measurement of H.cumingii distinguished by pearl-bread within the age class of 2+、3+ and 4+ and statistical analysis were carried out.Results] Except body length which enjoy a high fluctuation degree,parameters in pearl-bread mussel,such as body weight,body height and shell width were bigger than that of nonpearl-bread mussel,and the difference was significant(P<0.01),but the body length/body height were significant lower than that of non-pearls mussel(P<0.01).There were no significantly different between nonpearl-bread mussel and pearl-bread mussel in the parameter of body height / shell width except the age class of 2+ within which pearl-bread mussel was significantly lower than that of nonpearl-bread mussel(P<0.01).Conclusion] Artificial pearl-breading may change the morphology of Hyriopsis cumingii.
