| 摘 要： | 采用流式细胞仪对安徽蚌埠，湖北荆州，上海崇明、南汇、松江、金山6地的泥鳅和大鳞副泥鳅的血液细胞和成熟精巢进行了染色体倍性检测，并对泥鳅和大鳞副泥鳅二倍体DNA相对含量进行比较。结果表明：①二倍体是泥鳅最主要的倍性形式，四倍体泥鳅出现的频率仅占总样本的1．12％，雄性和雌性泥鳅都发现了四倍体，这表明四倍体倍性与性别无关，与地域有关；②实验检测的四倍体均为泥鳅。未检测到大鳞副泥鳅存在四倍体，各地均未检测到泥鳅和大鳞副泥鳅的天然三倍体；③由于同一地域的泥鳅存在不同的倍性，故不能认为出自某一地域的泥鳅就仅有某种特定的倍性形式；④有部分样本流式细胞仪检测的DNA相对含量介于泥鳅和大鳞副泥鳅之间，这可能是由于在自然环境下，泥鳅和大鳞副泥鳅杂交，染色体发生交换所致。

Chromosome Ploidy Comparison and Analysis between Misgurnus anguillicaudatus and Paramisgurnus dabryanus from Different Regions of China |

| Abstract: | Flow cytometry was used to detect the chromosome ploidy of the blood cells and mature spermary in Misgurnus anguillicaudatus and Paramisgurnus dabryanus from Bengbu in Anhui,Jingzhou in Hubei,Chongming,Nanhui,Songjiang and Jinshan of Shanghai.Relative DNA content(RDC) of M.anguillicaudatus and P. dabryanus together with RDC differences of M.anguillicaudatus and RDC differences of P.dabryanus from different regions were compared respectively.The results showed that diploid was the main ploidy form of M.anguillicaudatus and P.dabryanu;while tetraploid accounts for 1.12%.Both female and male tetraploids of M.anguillicaudatus were found,indicating that tetraploidy did not have gender discrimination.In the present study,all tetraploid samples were found in M.anguillicaudatus,while no tetraploid was detected in P.dabryanus.Triploid was not found in both M.anguillicaudatus and P.dabryanus samples from all different regions.Because Misgurnus anguillicaudatus in the same area had different ploidy,so it was not thought that M.anguillicaudatus from certain area only had certain specific ploidy form.Relative DNA content in some samples was between M.anguillicaudatus and P.dabryanus,which might be caused by chromosome exchange in the hybrid of M.anguillicaudatus and P.dabryanus in the natural environment. |
